General FAQs

BookMe is Kuwait’s go-to mobile app for discovering, booking, and managing appointments with trusted service providers — from salons and spas to gyms, personal trainers, and pet services.

Yes! Downloading and booking through BookMe is completely free for users.

BookMe is currently available across Kuwait. More regions may be added in the future.

BookMe is available in both English and Arabic.

Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, you can contact the provider through the app’s built-in chat or call option (if enabled by the vendor).

For Clients (Users)

Choose a category, explore nearby providers, select a service, pick your preferred staff (or 'no preference'), choose a date and time, and confirm your booking.

Yes, many vendors allow you to select a specific staff member. If not, the vendor will assign someone after your booking.

You can pay using KNET, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, or choose Cash after service (if enabled by the vendor).

Yes. You can cancel or modify an appointment within the vendor’s allowed time window (shown in each service policy).

If you cancel within the allowed time window, you are eligible for a refund. Refunds typically take 7–14 business days to process.

For Vendors (Businesses)

You can register directly through our website www.appbookme.com and our support team will assist with the process.

BookMe welcomes salons, spas, barbershops, nail studios, personal trainers, life coaches, pet groomers, and more service-based businesses.

BookMe charges a small commission per completed booking (e.g., 10%), helping promote your business and manage payments seamlessly. Some subscription fees may also apply.

Payments are transferred to your registered bank account (IBAN) according to the agreed payout schedule.

Yes, each vendor can define their own cancellation and refund rules, visible to clients before booking.

Technical & Account FAQs

Check your spam/junk folder or try resending the OTP. Make sure your email or phone number is entered correctly.

Go to your profile settings and tap “Account” to update your name, email, or phone number.

Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen or change it in your account settings. Alternatively, go to “Settings” and click on “Password Manager” to change your password.

Try closing and reopening the app, or reinstalling it. If the issue persists, contact support through the in-app Help Center section.
